Dear Colleagues and Friends, The XXXVIII Panhellenic Conference on Solid State Physics & Materials Science is on the horizon, and it’s set to unfold in the beautiful city of Ioannina, Greece. From September 15 to 18, 2024, the University of Ioannina will extend its welcome at the “Karolos Papoulias” Conference Centre within its campus. This pivotal National conference serves as an annual gathering point, uniting Greek and In ternational scientists as well as industry leaders to foster dialogues in the dynamic fields of Solid State Physics and Materials Science. It is a meeting of great minds, with participation from over 200 scientists in various disciplines including Physics, Engineering, Materials, Chemistry, and Biology from Greece, Europe, and the United States, carrying on a tradition that has been vibrant for over four decades.
