| On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to: • understand the basic concept and glossary of quality assurance, • implement the principles of Total Quality Management (TQM), • develop and implement the quality systems, according to current international and national standards, • understand and implement the principles of auditing • understand and implement the certification according to standards requirements • understand and implement the laboratory accreditation • implement the tools and methods for quality design, quality control and quality continuous improvement, • identify and manage the factors affecting quality cost | |
